Management is Not Leadership
One of the most common misconceptions I observed in many organizations is the confusion between management and leadership.
More often than not, they are seen as synonymous. But they are most definitely not. My interest in the subject was initiated by some interesting conversations I had with various entrepreneurs, directors, and executives whom I was interviewing for my podcast.
☠️ Progress is Everything (but Anxiety is a Killer)
What if we could learn to be consistent without stress or anxiety?
To me, All we need is a methodology, a SYSTEM that allows us to evaluate our progress gradually and in a controlled manner.
The key to maintaining discipline and consistency is to adopt a framework that is strict enough to guide me but flexible enough to cut me some slack.

A common misconception.
Only those with a formal title or authority can lead. It's time we debunk this myth and embrace the belief that even without a title, we can be a leader.
Leadership, and especially creative leadership, is never about authority or manipulation.
Contrary to popular belief, leadership isn't just a role but a mindset. We can and should demonstrate leadership regardless of our role or position.
